Why go on a training camp?
Training camps are a great way of getting away to concentrate on your training time with like-minded people. They also allow you to skill-up, get fitter and have loads of fun all at the same time.
Our camps are different to other camps which may group you according to ability and then bias the training through a pre-structured plan towards pure performance. This can leave you feeling worn-out and disillusioned.
At Craven Complete camps, the intensity and contents are tailored towards the participating athletes; aiming to coach skill, efficiency and fitness which lead to performance. The coaching dynamically adapts during the camp as the your specific needs of the athlete become apparent.
As well as a personalised coaching, we offer flexibility on how long you stay and what packages you choose. For our fully-coached warm-weather camps you can even choose to take the family; possibly extend the stay beyond the coached element and have a much needed break.
