The Tri Skills camp in Nov/Dec time targets skills enabling the athlete to develop an efficient technique to enable improved endurance.  We also teach/coach the skills around how to train for maximal effect.  Workshops on planning a training programme, nutrition and strength/conditioning help the ‘off-season’ part of our training so that we can build a good base from which to excel.
