Welcome to Craven Complete Triathlon Event Support.

We are proud to be providing for the 4th Year running the Triathlon Treatment service to the UK Triathlon race series.

We provide services that help you have your best race experience from massage service to free workshops all from our Blue and Yellow gazebos.

Led by Barry and Lyndsay craven who are Physiotherapists and rehab therapists plus Triathlon coaches who have been racing for years so you are in good hands with their team.

**If you book a slot for the Recovery Treatment and you finish early or later, please do not worry, just turn up and we will fit you in as soon as we can.**

How To Train Smart

This ‘beginners guide to triathlon training’ workshop aims to unlock some of the secrets of training for a triathlon.

We de-jargonise the terms and explain the principles around training so that your plan is more effective and you see better results for upcoming races.

These interactive workshops will help:

1. Explain how to train SMARTER to race better
2. Teach the basics of swimming, cycling and running so you know how to train for them
3. Introduce the importance of strength, conditioning, recovery and nutrition in training
4. A Question and answer session to fill in the gaps
5. You will also get access to a downloadable prompt sheet and possible further sessions on more specific topics.

Race Day Masterclass

Craven Complete’s race day masterclass is your one-stop workshop to give you all the information you need to help you get through the big day.

This informative and interactive session covers topics such as:

1. Details to help you navigate through the particular swim, bike and run of the specific event. This will include information that could help both recreational and competitive athletes
2. General hints and tips on what to (and in some cases not to) do to get the best out of your race. These include equipment, nutrition, pacing and more.
3. How best to survive transition; including finding your bike, layout out of kit and not making it ‘full contact’!
4. A question and answer section to ask about any other burning issues; including an opportunity to ask them privately if you need to.

Our friendly, relaxed and often humorous workshop will help you avoid the embarrassing pitfalls as well as cross the line with a smile on your face.
