Craven Complete’s Triathlon Coaching Camps aim to identify the weaknesses that are currently holding you back. Whilst on camp, we will personalise the coaching we provide so that it focuses on what matters to you and what you need to be that better triathlete.

Triathlon is more than just swimming, cycling and running. In addition to on-camp physiotherapy, we add practical-based workshops on strength & conditioning, wellness, flexibility and Yoga. To boost understanding, we support this with theory-based sessions on planning training structure, nutrition and the psycho-emotive elements of training.
In fact, you name it, we will try to include it!
Our high staff-to-athlete ratios mean we can personalise our approach, and give athletes the service they deserve. This ‘hand-in-glove’ approach means that Craven Complete do really offer the ‘Complete’ coaching camp experience. What also ‘completes’ this package is that we will be in a warm sunny environment where sun-cream is an essential.

We are triathlon coaching specialists who appreciate where you are on your triathlon journey (whether just starting or want to know more).
We cater our coaching to what you need. This is why we are going away from the ‘Training’ camp model into one which is better described as being a ‘coaching’ camp that incorporates ‘training’.
Craven Complete offer 2 camps each year; a winter (Tri Skills in Nov/Dec) and a spring (Race Ready in March). Each camp targets a separate aspect of triathlon to build the athletes knowledge, skill and performance.
The Tri Skills camp in Nov/Dec time targets skills enabling the athlete to develop an efficient technique to enable improved endurance. We also teach/coach the skills around how to train for maximal effect. Workshops on planning a training programme, nutrition and strength/conditioning help the ‘off-season’ part of our training so that we can build a good base from which to excel.
The Pre Season Camp in March. aims to develop this and spring the athlete forward with skills that will help them in the races that follow during the year. Speed and pacing work build performance skills whilst transition practice (and even a micro-triathlon) will give confidence to the athlete so that they are fully prepared.
Does all this sound too hard; well do not worry as all camp activities are based around the fitness and level of the participating athletes. It does not matter how fast or slow, weak or strong you are, you will fit in, have fun and learn some of the skills that you need to be the best triathlete you can be.
Swim Camp: A short intense camp to improve your swim speed, get your swimming front crawl over 3 day we will anyalise your stroke and work with you to improve it plus you get to do it in the sunshine

There are Bike box companys you can rent a box from or your local club might have one you can borrow
Remember to add Sport Transfers to your flight booking and check what each airline lets you put in your bike bag (it can be a great way to bring extra suff). Then make sure your tell your transfer company as well
