WINTER CAMP
An ideal off-season (winter) camp to develop technical skills and knowledge so that, along with endurance, you build your ability for next seasons targets!
- With an emphasis on form , we analyse and build your technique to improve efficiency – therefore going further – with less effort – and hence faster.
- A mix of Swim/Bike/Run technical and endurance work will build fitness, confidence and a natural ability to hold form over distance.
- Adding physical strength, conditioning and flexibility as well as practical workshops on how to structure a training plan, essential & beneficial equipment and nutrition (amongst others) builds a knowledge and understanding base on which to train.
- New for 2026 is building on breathing & breathwork as well as fully understanding your data so you get the most from it.
What ever your level, everyone is welcome and will be catered for using a multiple coaches, small groups and personalised approach. There will also be some down-time to enjoy the island and lots of fun.
