I agree by filling in this booking form and paying my deposit that I am committing to coming to camp and my deposit is non refundable but can be transferred to another camp I have filled out the above to the best of my ability and I agree to pay the above fees which I will be invoiced by Craven Complete and THB Hotels (if I am booking my accommodation through them) I agree I have the minimum fitness levels for the camp that I have chosen and I understand if I am not at that level I might find some of the camp is not tailored to my needs I confirm I have extra travel insurance an activity holiday involving triathlon and cycling plus cover to repatched if needed.

After we receive this form, we will email to conform your booking and place on camp with us. You will receive an invoice 6 weeks before camp starts from ourselves for Coaching, bike hire fee(if needed) and extra.
