Spring Triathlon Coaching Camp

SPRING CAMP

The perfect early-season camp to either complete your winter training or prepare you for the upcoming season!

• Either rescue a poor winter block (if you had one) or build on what you did do so that you can achieve all your goals for this year.
• Swim/Bike/Run development skills to enhance technique, power and speed for maximal performance; or for those less competitive, guidance to make things that little bit easier.
• Race/Event specific tips for each discipline that will enhance your experience. Open water experience, starts and close contact drills for swimming; pacing, going up or down hill and cornering in the cycle leg and agility, speed and pacing for the run.  We also do transition specific sessions.
• Additional areas such as race-day planning (including nutrition, recovery strategies and the usual pilates, flexibility and breathing.
• New for spring 2027 will be everything you need to know to fully prepare for your race as well as more a mini-tri to test all this out.

Does this sound daunting?  Worry not, abilities are welcome and catered for as we operate in small groups, with multiple coaches and at a very personalised level. 

Fun is also an essential part – with games put into practice so you do not even realise your getting better!
