Professional Background

George Thelwell is a dedicated sports rehabilitator with a strong academic foundation. Graduating from Wrexham University, he is specialising in exercise-based recovery and prevention for diverse patient populations (including those with long-term and chronic conditions). At 30, George brings a dynamic blend of clinical expertise and field experience to his role, particularly through his work with RGC (North Wales Rugby Development squad) and Denbigh rugby clubs.

Approach & Philosophy

A registered member of BASRAT (British Association of Sport Rehabilitators), George is committed to helping individuals of all ages overcome musculoskeletal pains and injuries. His approach combines therapeutic treatments (massage, cryotherapy, and electrotherapy to name a few) with evidence-based exercise programming to reduce pain, restore function, and improve long-term wellbeing. Whether working pitch-side or in clinic settings, George prioritises holistic, patient-centred care and empowers people from all backgrounds to maintain active, fulfilling lifestyles.
